Dealafied.co.za – Rebuilt a live South African e-commerce store from WordPress/WooCommerce into a custom Laravel 13 + Filament admin platform, with zero downtime to the live business
~7,000-product catalogue, auto-synced from a Google Sheets feed plus a monthly supplier upload with automatic stock reconciliation
Yoco card payments (webhook-verified) and EFT, with a guest/login/register checkout and South African address autocomplete
Lightweight Blade + vanilla JS storefront (no heavy frontend framework) built for speed and SEO — structured data, sitemap, 301s preserving every legacy URL
Migrated the live domain from managed WordPress hosting to shared cPanel hosting, solving real infrastructure constraints along the way (PHP config, MySQL limits, SSL via Cloudflare) with a full rollback plan kept intact through cutover
Real content migrated from the original site — testimonials, legal pages, category structure — not reconstructed from scratch
