Draft for review by the business owner before launch. Highlighted items still need your details.

1. Who we are
These terms apply to every purchase from WebDev Creations (“we”, “us”) through this website. WebDev Creations is a trading name of Dealafied (Pty) Ltd, a South African company, registration number [company registration number], based in Hermanus, Western Cape, South Africa. In other words, you are dealing with Dealafied (Pty) Ltd t/a WebDev Creations. Payments are taken through Dealafied’s Yoco account, so the name “Dealafied” appears on the payment page and on your card statement.
You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp and phone on +27 60 017 7200.
2. What you are buying
Each package page describes what is included. In short:
- Quick Launch and the Airbnb host booking website are ready-made designs set up with your details. The design is used as it is; custom design changes are quoted separately.
- Custom packages (Launchpad Essentials, Business Accelerator, Digital Storefront) are quoted in writing and we confirm the scope with you before work begins.
- Optional extras (installation, a .co.za domain registration, or an hour of content edits) can be ticked in your cart. They are priced in the cart and paid together with your order. Any other extra is quoted before we do it.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand. Card payments are processed securely by Yoco; we never see or store your card details. Because WebDev Creations trades under Dealafied (Pty) Ltd, the payment page and your card statement show the name “Dealafied”.
- Once-off packages are paid in full when you order.
- Monthly packages are pay-monthly-then-own plans. The first month is paid when you order, and after that each month we email you a secure payment link on your due date. The plan runs for a fixed number of monthly payments, including the first: 6 for Quick Launch and 12 for the booking websites (Airbnb host and massage therapist). When the last payment is made the plan is complete and nothing more is due.
4. Monthly plans and missed payments
Monthly plans run for the fixed number of payments shown on the package page and in your order (see sections 3 and 6). To keep things fair for everyone:
- We email your payment link on the due date, and send a friendly reminder about 3 days later and another about a week after the due date.
- If the payment is still outstanding 7 days after the due date, we may switch your website off until the payment is made. We switch it back on within one working day of receiving payment.
- If the payment is still outstanding 30 days after the due date, we may treat the plan as cancelled. We keep your website files for a further 30 days, so you can pay what you owe or ask for a copy of your content. After that we may delete them.
5. Delivery
Quick Launch websites are normally live within 48 hours of us receiving your content (your business details, logo and photos). Custom projects follow the timeline in your quote. Dates are estimates and depend on you supplying content and feedback promptly. We keep you informed throughout.
6. Ownership
- Your content (your text, photos, logo and business information) always belongs to you.
- Once-off packages: once you have paid in full, you own the finished website files and may use them for your business as long as you like.
- Monthly packages: we host and look after the website while the plan runs, and until the last monthly payment is made the website files remain ours. Once you have made every payment (6 for Quick Launch, 12 for the booking websites) you own the website. You can then host it anywhere you like, or stay with us on our hosting plan at R120 a month. The hosting plan keeps the website online and secure; edits and updates are not included, and are charged at R350 an hour.
- Our underlying templates, code and design systems remain ours. You receive the right to use them as part of your website.
- This website’s text, pictures, design and code are ours too. Please do not copy, scrape or republish them, or collect them with automated tools, without our written permission. Search engines and AI assistants that follow our robots.txt are welcome.
- Domain names we register for you are for your use, and we will transfer a domain to you on request once any amount owing has been paid.
- A free web address on our local domains (such as yourbusiness.myhermanus.co.za) stays ours. You can use it while your website is live with us, but it cannot be transferred. If you want an address you own, choose your own domain.
7. Cancellations and refunds
- Pausing or stopping a monthly plan: you may pause your plan once, for up to 3 months, if you ask us before a payment is due. No payments are taken during the pause and your website stays online. If you stop paying without a pause, ownership of the website does not pass to you, the files remain ours, and we may take the website offline after 30 days' written notice. You may settle the remaining payments in one amount at any time, and the website is then yours. We do not refund payments already made, except under the 7-day cooling-off below.
- 7-day cooling-off: you may cancel within 7 days of paying and ask for a refund. If we have not started work, we refund the full amount. We usually start on the same day, at your request. If work has already started, we refund your payment less the work already done, and we explain how we worked that out.
- If we cannot deliver what was agreed, or the website does not match what we promised, we will first fix it. If we cannot, we refund you.
- Refunds are paid back to the card you used, through Yoco, within 10 working days.
- Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
8. Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images and logos you give us, and that they do not break the law or anyone else’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information.
9. Results and liability
We build every website to be found on Google, but we cannot promise a particular ranking, number of visitors or number of enquiries, because these depend on competition, your area and decisions made by search engines. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, or for interruptions caused by services we do not control, such as internet providers, search engines, Yoco or Cloudflare.
10. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
