Do I pay both prices?
No. You choose one: R1999 once-off, which we build and you own, or R299 a month for 12 months, where we also host and look after it, and you own the website after the last payment. You never pay both.
Is this instead of my directory listing?
No. Keep any directory listings and social pages: they bring new clients. Your website is where clients check your treatments and prices, see your free times and book, and where regulars come back to.
R1999 or R299 a month?
R1999 once-off: we build and set up your booking website and you own it, with no monthly fees. R299 a month for 12 months: we also host, secure, back up and look after everything, and make your content edits while you pay. After the 12 months the website is yours.
What happens after the 12 months?
You own the website. You can host it anywhere you like, or stay with us on our hosting plan at R120 a month. The hosting plan keeps the site online and secure: edits and updates are not included, and are R350 an hour if you want us to make them.
How fast can I be live?
As little as 48 hours once we have your photos, treatments, prices and working hours.
Can clients pay online?
The booking page takes booking requests, not payments. You confirm each request and take payment the way you do today, whether that is cash, a card machine or EFT.
Can clients see my free times?
Yes. Clients choose a treatment and a length, then pick a day and see the free times. Times that are not available are marked as unavailable.
Do I confirm each booking?

Can I change things myself?
Yes. Treatments, prices, photos and reviews are all edited in your private editor. No technical knowledge needed.
I work from a clinic or travel to clients. Does it still suit me?

Will it appear on Google?
The site is built for search and we submit it, but Google decides when and where it ranks. A Google Business Profile and a few real reviews help.
Do I need my own domain?
No. Every website comes with a free address like yourbusiness.myhermanus.co.za (also myoverberg.co.za and mygordonsbay.co.za). If you would rather have your own yourname.co.za, we register it for you: R150 for the first year, then R150 a year. Already own one? Use it at no extra cost. You choose at checkout.
What if I want something changed later?
Edit it yourself, or ask us. On the monthly plan your content edits are included; on the once-off, changes we make are R350 an hour. Code updates never overwrite your content.
