You receive the website files and full written instructions. You are responsible for uploading them to your own hosting and connecting your domain. We do not install or set up the website on your server as part of this package. Hands-on installation, hosting setup, and any changes after delivery are available as optional paid extras (see below). Delivery, Licence & Refunds

Delivery: This is a custom-built digital product. After purchase we’ll contact you to collect your logo, photos, services and business details. Your completed website files are then delivered by email/download link, typically within 24–48 hours (often the same day). Files are provided in standard web formats (HTML, CSS, JS, SVG) that work with any standard web host.

Licence: On full payment you receive a licence to use the delivered website for your own single business. You may host it on your own domain. The files may not be resold, redistributed, or supplied to third parties as a template.

Payment: Full payment is required upfront before the build begins.

Refunds & Cooling-Off: Under South Africa’s ECT Act you have a 7-day cooling-off right on online purchases. Because this is a custom-built, made-to-order digital product, once we have started your build to your specifications (i.e. work has commenced or files have been delivered) the cooling-off right no longer applies, as permitted for goods made to the consumer’s specifications. If you cancel before we begin your build, you’ll receive a full refund. If a delivered file is faulty or not as described, we’ll fix it promptly at no charge.

Warranty & Support: We warrant the files will function as described when uploaded correctly per our instructions. We provide 7 days of email/WhatsApp support after delivery to help you get live. We are not responsible for third-party hosting issues, your domain provider, or future browser/software changes outside our control.
